Northwest Competence does not only recruit entire crews but offers part crew management as well. Vessel owners/managers can pick individual services according to their specific requirements. Our services include:

• Using our worldwide network, we recruit seafarers and deploy them
• We make sure that the seafarers have all necessary documents
• We evaluate the language skills of applicants and consider the results when putting together crews
• We request all necessary documents
• We ensure smooth crew changes
• Owners/managers have access to our database and can keep themselves updated on crews on their vessels at any time
• We take care of the monthly payment of wages on behalf of the owner/manager
