Suitable applicants will be listed in our comprehensive database and considered when we put together full or part crews on behalf of vessel owners/managers. It is important to us to supply a full set of services to our seafarers and to quickly assists them in case they have any questions or issues. We highly value fair and transparent procedures. In addition, we closely collaborate with our Latvia-based sister company Baltic Transocean Shipping & Crewing (BTSC), which is specialized in recruiting seafarers from Eastern Europe.
